Términos y Condiciones

A.    Donor: a person providing cash donations to Fundación Luis Muñoz Marín (FLMM).

 

B.    FLMM: Fundación Luis Muñoz Marín (FLMM), is a 501 (c )(3) non profit, tax exempted  organization. FLMM is the only beneficiary of the recurring donations submitted by donor. Acknowledgement of donations received by FLMM will be made to donor in writing, via email, to the email address provided by the donor at the time of the donation. Acknowledgement of recurring donations (email) will not occur later than January 31st of the year following the donation.

 

C.    Payments

Donor will provide FLMM with a valid and updated credit card or Paypal account, as well as credit card/Paypal account information.  Donor authorizes FLMM to charge such credit card/Paypal account for all recurring monthly payments. Such monthly charges will be made in advance as stated in the applicable order form.

 

D.    Recurring Payments

1.     By accepting this terms and conditions, the donor agrees to make monthly payments to Fundación Luis Muñoz Marín (FLMM).

2.     Payments are automatically charged to the credit card or Paypal account provided by the donor on a monthly bases.

 

E.     Refunds for canceled subscriptions

1.     Donations made are non-refundable.  Refer to Section F (Recurring monthly payment cancellation) for steps required to cancel future recurring donations.

 

F.     Recurring (monthly) payment cancellation

1.     The only valid methods to cancel donor's recurring monthly donation is via donor's PayPal account or, in case of payment with credit card, by submitting an email requesting cancellation to FLMM via email at info@completatuhistoria.org, prior to the beginning of the next month. No other methods (other emails, phone calls) will be deemed valid for cancellation.

2.     If you cancel your recurring donation before the beginning of the next month, you will not be charged for next month’s donation.

 

G.    Applicable Law

By providing the recurring monthly donations to FLMM, the donor agrees that all applicable federal laws and the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Conditions and Terms of use.
